Shrink hoods for pallet
Description
Heat shrinkable film in the form of a sleeve, so called shrink hoods have the basic purpose of automatically covering and packing different types of materials and products on a pallet. They provide high stability of the pallet during transport and storage and protect the product itself from dust, moisture, mechanical damage and weathering.

- Film thickness / 0.080 mm – 0.150 mm
- Sleeve circumference /> 5000 mm
- One layer (mono) heat shrinkable film
- Transparent or colored film
- Possibility of printing in flexo technique / 1-4 colors according to the customer’s wishes
- UV color stability up to 18 months
- Possibility of date imprint and / or recycling mark
Field of application
- For automatic packaging of palletized construction (brick, tile, lime, gypsum, ceramics, styrofoam, stone wool, pavers, etc.) and other products in the agricultural industry (fertilizers)

PE heat shrinkable film intended for bulk packaging has significant advantages over other materials for similar purposes because:
- The volume of the final package is almost equal to the volume of the product
- The mass of PE film is up to 5 times less than the mass of paper
- PE film provides a more favorable ratio of quality and price
- PE film does not pollute soil, water or air and is completely recyclable
